DMS OOS Sept 2019 Lab states this well still OOS 10/2017 OOS JAN2015 OOS 2014Q3 OOS until further notice- per Tom OOS until further notice (possibly April 2014)-per Lenny OOS SEPT2013 - NOV2013 turned on 10/18/2013; sampling in November -per Tom oos until further notice per Lenny 07/25/2013 OOS May 2013 per lab 02/28/2013: Segundo, We just had an electrician out at our Well #2, Sample Site Number WL20232 located at 5761 Manchester Dr in Gurnee, IL. We were experiencing problems with the breakers tripping. He states the well pump is bad. Every time we turn the well on the breakers trip. This problem came to light Monday when attempting to run the well to draw our routine raw water sample for the month. The well is currently out of service and we will be unable to submit the raw water sample for Well 2 for the month of February. Due to the cost of replacing the well pump I anticipate the repairs may take a month or two, or get pushed to the new fiscal budget starting May 1st. Well 2 is only kept online as a back-up supply in case of an emergency. Obviously we want to stay in compliance and avoid any EPA violations. Please let me know what steps I we will need to take to stay in compliance and avoid violations.
